The Full Story
¿Quién soy?
I’m Lupe — born and raised in the city that never sleeps, NY! I'm a proud daughter of immigrant parents. I became a Holistic Hormonal Health Coach to help first-generation Latinas redefine wellness in a way that honors our culture, lived experiences, and lifestyle.
Here's why...

In 2019, I was dignosed with PCOS
which stands for polycystic ovarian syndrome. Luckily for me, I never had cysts in my ovaries, but I did experience constant irregular periods. Heavy acne, cramps, mood swings, you name it.
For the longest time, doctors would tell me this was normal. The "fix" was always birth control, to which I knew I would never take consistently, so I chose to find an alternative.
Being the middle child of three, by nature, made me curious and rebellious. I refused to believe a pill was my only option.

My Transformation
Insert kind doctor who heard me out, challenged me to try the Keto diet, and encouraged weight training. I found the help, support, and set myself on a mission. By the three-month check-in, I had consistently had my menstrual cycle and had zero PMS symptoms. I was shocked, but the doctor's face, priceless! She had never seen such a transformation.
I wish I could tell you all went well after that. Although I was proud of my journey, it was only the beginning. Insert a trip to Mexico, where staying consistent with Keto wasn't possible. After all, tamales, tortillas, and conchas are traditional during the holiday season. I quickly realized I needed a diet that allowed for my cultural foods. And so the real journey began...

Life is a Journey
As the years passed, it became a little harder to keep up with a "healthy lifestyle"; this thing called life kept happening, go figure. It was then that I realized health wasn't just about diet or exercise. It was about managing stress, trauma, culture, faith, identity, and emotional healing.
First-generation Latina women, more often than not, struggle to connect with their bodies, because let's face it, our parents taught us how to survive, not how to slow down and listen to our symptoms.
This is why I serve Latina women because I have lived the same confusion, fear, and frustration. I knew my community needed a new definition of wellness. One rooted in culture, balance, and self-trust.
My Mission
To translate what being healthy truly means for first-generation Latinas. Help manage stress, balance their hormones, and create sustainable lifestyle habits that feel lived-in, culturally aligned, and deeply personal.
My approach turns holistic, hormone-supportive healing into daily flow for mujeres who grew up caring for everyone but themselves — women who were never taught how to rest, slow down, or trust their bodies.
This work is about empowerment, reclamation, and building a new definition of health for our community.
